1. About this service
Ramda Digital SSO is operated by Ramda Digital. It is a single sign-on gateway: you sign in with your Google account here, then can open connected Ramda Digital applications (currently: Email Studio, MOM, Sertifikat Studio, Copy Studio, News Monitor, Live Chat, AdCheck) without creating a new account.
2. Information we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
- Account status (pending, approved, rejected) and role (user or admin) that we assign.
- If you connect Google Calendar: an offline access token (refresh token) so apps can act at your request.
- Meeting data you create through the service or connected apps: title, description, time, attendee emails, and the event ID and links.
- A session cookie required to keep you signed in.
- Sign-in activity records for security: time, IP address, browser and device type, and the app you open. These records are visible to admins only and are deleted automatically after about 180 days.
Calendar event details (title, time, location, description, guests) displayed on the Calendar page or in connected apps are fetched from Google when you open them and are not stored by us.
3. How we use your information
Data is used only to: authenticate you and pass your identity to the connected app you open; manage your account (including admin approval); and, if you connect Google Calendar, create new events, display your schedule and event details for the date range you open, edit, and cancel events at your request. We do not use calendar data for any other purpose.
4. Google permissions requested
openid,email,profile: identify your account when you sign in.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events: create, display, edit and cancel events in your calendar at your request.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Ramda Digital SSO adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing and connected apps
When you open a connected app (Email Studio, MOM, Sertifikat Studio, Copy Studio, News Monitor, Live Chat, AdCheck), we pass your name, email, profile picture and role through a short-lived, digitally signed sign-in ticket. Your Google tokens stay only in Ramda Digital SSO and are never sent to connected apps; those apps only receive the results of requests you make (for example, a list of events for a date range) through an API protected by digital signatures. Connected apps are operated by Ramda Digital.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it for advertising or to train general AI/ML models. Exceptions: (a) when required by law; (b) attendee emails you enter are sent to Google Calendar to deliver invitations, which is processed by Google. Admins can see users names, emails, roles and account status for approval purposes.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored in a database on our hosting server. Connections use HTTPS and access is limited to the service operators. No storage method is completely risk-free, but we work to protect your data.
7. Retention, revoking access and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email ramdadigital@gmail.com; we will process it within 30 days.
8. Children
This service is not directed to children under 13.
